Terrace Boulud by Mandarin Oriental

Opened on 17 March 2026, this rooftop French brasserie sits high above Central. Chef Daniel Boulud's menu follows four culinary muses: La Tradition for French classics, La Saison for market specialities, Le Potager for the vegetable garden and Le Voyage for exotic flavours from the world's great cuisines.

The Krug Room

This is the world's only Krug Room and one of Hong Kong's best-kept dining secrets. Guests are seated at a private chef's table for a multisensory gastronomic experience.

Michelin-starred Man Wah

Since 1968, Man Wah has been the hotel's homage to time-honoured Cantonese cuisine, and it is often described as Hong Kong's most beautiful dining space. Rise to the 25th floor and the revitalised interiors give way to the harbour and skyline, framed as the true centrepiece of the room. Its Michelin star, retained for twelve consecutive years, speaks to a heritage kept alive with care.
